We make the people behind care visible through their stories, voices, experiences, achievements and contributions.

To do so, we will produce campaigns on TV, Social media, billboards and news papers so we won’t forget that without them we won’t be taken care off.

Recognition — Our Stars

We recognise and celebrate the people who make a difference every day.

To do so, we will invite everyone to nominate the Stars in their lives through our Wall of Appreciation and celebrate them publicly, throughout the year, so that recognition becomes a habit.

Wellbeing & Resilience

We help people who care for others thrive through practical tools, resources, interventions and support.

To do so, we will develop and organise trainings, set up platform to discuss freely and to be able to feel supported by a community.

Empowerment & Leadership

We turn individual strength into collective leadership through champions, leaders, connections and communities of practice.

To do so, we will develop legacy courses and train Champions to diffuse this expertise across the organisation and the field.

Organisational Change

We help organisations create environments where people can thrive through people-centred culture, leadership, strategy and workforce practices.

Together, we help them implement meaningful change that keeps people motivated, engaged and respected.
