Sisekelo Dlamini

Sisekelo Dlamini is an emerging leader in mental health and youth development, combining clinical expertise with visionary social entrepreneurship. As a Clinical Team Lead at North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT)and Managing Director of Driven Ardent Youth Organisation (Eswatini), he works across borders to promote holistic wellbeing, professional development, and youth empowerment.

A registered mental health professional with experience in community and inpatient settings, Sisekelo’s leadership focuses on building multidisciplinary teams that deliver person-centred, recovery-focused care. He has been instrumental in implementing programmes that enhance accessibility, safety, and inclusivity in mental health services, with a particular emphasis on cultural competence and staff wellbeing.

Through his organisation, Driven Ardent Youth, Sisekelo champions leadership and career readiness for young professionals across Eswatini and the wider SADC region. His cross-continental work embodies a rare blend of clinical excellence, advocacy, and social impact.
