Lucy has worked in the NHS for 18 years, building extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles across a range of services. With a strong background in leadership, operations, and organisational management, Lucy brings a wealth of insight into effective systems and people management within complex clinical health environments. She holds a BA degree, combining academic rigour with professional expertise, and demonstrates strong leadership, organisational, and analytical skills, enabling her to bring a clear, balanced, and thoughtful perspective to decision-making. Her experience equips her to offer sound, analytical advice to the judging panel and when assessing award applications.
