Sanjana Gobin-Rambhojun is a Clinical Psychologist and organisational well-being strategist with an MSc in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology from Swansea University, UK, and certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.

With over a decade of experience, Sanjana has worked across sectors to build emotionally intelligent, psychologically safe workplaces. After ten years in the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Welfare, she co-founded HirePulse, a people-strategy company that bridges psychology and data to help organizations hire, retain, and grow through a culture of well-being and leadership resilience.

Known for her engaging workshops and practical empathy, Sanjana believes that real leadership begins with self-awareness and that healthy organisations are built when people feel seen, supported, and safe to thrive.
