Supported by a global steering committee and judging panel made up of respected clinicians, academics, and healthcare leaders from Mauritius and abroad, NouZetwals brings together international credibility and local authenticity.

This groundbreaking initiative positions Mauritius as a regional leader in workforce appreciation and care excellence and innovation, setting a benchmark that can be replicated across the Indian Ocean and SADC countries. It highlights our island’s role as a beacon of compassion, collaboration, and progress, while showcasing the talent and leadership of Mauritian professionals on the global stage.
