Dr Géraldine Jauffret is an influential healthcare and scientific executive and strategist. With 15 years of diverse experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors in Europe and Mauritius, she is known for her ability to combine strategic vision with rigorous operational execution. She has a solid background in management, strategic planning, operations implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. 

Formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Life Together, a major private healthcare group in Mauritius, Dr Jauffret led the organisation through a significant phase of expansion. Under her leadership, the group acquired a major health facility—Clinique Bon Pasteur—and invested in healthcare infrastructure (day-care clinics and diagnostic centres) to strengthen access, quality of care, and human-centred services throughout Mauritius.

Her passion for health, research, and innovation began during her PhD in Biological Chemistry in Edinburgh, Scotland, and continued to grow during her tenure at CIDP, an international contract research organisation.

Her leadership has placed emphasis on blending medical expertise with a caring ethos—ensuring that modern healthcare systems are not only technologically advanced but also responsive and compassionate.
