Jesca Gudza

Jesca Gudza is a visionary nurse leader and founder of the Zimbabwe Midwives and Nurses Association (ZIMNA-UK), an organisation dedicated to empowering Zimbabwean healthcare professionals in the UK and strengthening ties with the global nursing diaspora. Her leadership has helped hundreds of internationally educated nurses integrate into the UK healthcare system while maintaining a strong sense of identity, purpose, and pride.
