NouZetwals is the first national non-profit initiative in Mauritius dedicated to recognising and celebrating health and social care professionals. We organise a summit and awards to highlight excellence across the sector.
Anyone working in the health or social care sector (clinical, community, public, or private), students, or partner organisations can be nominated, depending on the categories open each year.
The inaugural NouZetwals ceremony is scheduled for 25 April 2026.
- Recognise the work and dedication of care professionals
- Strengthen the sense of value, respect, and pride within the sector
- Inspire motivation, retention, and excellence
- Develop year-round programmes to support leadership, wellbeing, and professional growth
We offer several partnership levels (Visionary, Impact, Community Allies), each providing opportunities for visibility, engagement, and tailored benefits. Please contact us via our Partners page to find out more.
All responses to the pre- and post-awards surveys are anonymous. No personal data will be published or linked to your answers.
- Volunteer: logistics, event organisation, communications, moderation, outreach, and more.
- Brand Ambassador: represent NouZetwals in your networks, promote the initiative, and encourage nominations and engagement.
