Ann-Marie Hosang-Archer is a senior healthcare executive and global health strategist with more than three decades of leadership across Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America. As Chair of Health 4 Development (H4D), she leads a mission-driven organisation committed to strengthening access to quality medicines, advancing health innovation, and building sustainable healthcare partnerships in developing markets.

Her distinguished career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Eli Lilly Sub-Saharan Africa, where she drove operational excellence, compliance, and access initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Now at the helm of Lignum Vitae Health, she advises on pharmaceutical policy, ethical governance, and the introduction of innovative therapies into underserved markets. Her leadership is characterised by a balance of commercial acumen and public health vision, ensuring that equity and integrity remain central to every decision.

Ann-Marie is widely respected for her contribution to workforce development, mentoring healthcare leaders, and promoting women’s advancement in life sciences.
