Visibility
We raise awareness of the people and professions that make health and social care possible. Through campaigns, storytelling, and public engagement, we help the wider community understand the vital role care workers play in everyday life.
Visibility matters because much of this work goes unnoticed. By making care more visible, we help build understanding, respect, and stronger public support for the sector. We also want more young people and families to see care as meaningful, skilled, and important work.
Recognition
We honour the hands and hearts behind daily care. Recognition is a core part of our mission because people in health and social care deserve to feel seen, valued, and appreciated for what they do.
Our approach to recognition is inclusive. It reaches across the sector, from experienced professionals to those starting out, and from highly visible roles to those that often go unrecognised. We believe appreciation should be part of everyday culture, not limited to a single moment or event.
Empowerment
We support the future of care by helping people and health and social care organisations grow stronger. Through learning, leadership, wellbeing, and development, we want to contribute to a care sector that is resilient, skilled, and better supported over time.
This includes programmes that build knowledge, confidence, communication, and workplace wellbeing. Empowerment is how recognition leads to lasting impact — not just by celebrating people, but by helping create environments where they can continue to do their best work.
